What this policy covers
This policy explains what Meridian Temple City Concrete collects when you visit our website, call us or send us a request, what we do with it and how long we keep it. We're a concrete contractor in Temple City, CA, and we pour driveways, patios, slabs and other flatwork for homeowners in Temple City and the cities around it.
It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the information you give us while we set up an estimate or a job. You can read more about our business on our About page.
Information you give us
Most of what we collect comes straight from you, when you fill out our estimate form, call us at (323) 471-6288 or email us. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reach you about your request.
The address of the property, so our crew knows where to look at the job.
Details about the work, such as a cracked driveway, a sinking patio or water pooling near the house, and any photos you choose to send.
Our estimate form is run by an outside form service, which receives what you type and passes it to us. We don't ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the website.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, ours can use cookies, small files your browser stores, and basic analytics tools. These tell us things like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are coming from and what kind of device they're using, so we can see what's useful and fix what isn't.
This information is about how the site is used, not about who you are, and we don't use it to build a profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, schedule a visit, write up your estimate and do the job if you hire us. We may also contact you afterward about that same job, such as to check how the new slab is holding up.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only pass it along when we have to for the work itself, such as to a supplier or a city permit office, when the law requires it, or to the services that run our website and form, which handle it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, stand behind it and keep our business records in order. If you asked for an estimate and didn't go ahead, we don't hold on to your details any longer than we need to.
Analytics data is kept in summary form, and you can ask us at any time to delete what we hold about you, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, and we will.
If you live in California, state privacy law may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor any request it covers. We won't treat you differently or charge you more for making a request.
Children's information
Our website is meant for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request, call us at (323) 471-6288 or reach us through our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before we change or delete anything.
Expect a reply within 1 business day, and we'll tell you what happens next.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the way we work changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.
